This role is unique in that the LDP will act as a floating team leader, providing leadership coverage and support in both the Sawmill and Planer Mill when supervisors are away (vacation, sick leave, etc.). The position will also include job shadowing current leaders, learning frontline leadership responsibilities, and contributing to operational performance. Shift schedule will vary depending on training and coverage needs. Shift schedules include weekdays, weeknights, and weekend nights.
