Work Flexibility: Field-basedDevelop and execute the state sales plan to achieve revenue targets and increase market share through direct sales and effective collaboration with dealers, surgeons, and distributors. Drive regional profitability by closely monitoring and improving the Gross Margin Relative Index (GMRI). Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives and sales targets. Lead and execute product launch strategies to ensure strong market adoption and penetration. Conduct detailed territory analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and proactive lead management.
