Zendesk Platform Lead – Migrations & Automation

Flix is seeking a hands-on Zendesk Manager/Developer of Solutions for Migrations into Zendesk. You will configure and optimize Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging, ensuring scalable, market-ready setups in multiple languages.

You will own migrations, workflows, and integrations to Flix backend systems, working closely with business SMEs, IT, and training leads. A strong blend of technical setup and business insight is essential.
