Job Summary
Reporting to the Lead Youth Worker, you will help deliver a combination of centre-based and outreach youth work in line with the Airplay Theory of Change and the YMCA Youth Work Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver centre-based and outreach youth work in line with the Airplay Theory of Change and the YMCA Youth Work Strategy.
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
- Support holiday programmes with flexible hours during school holidays.
- Work evenings and weekends as required.
- Collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team.
