• Resident Management: support the Case Executives in managing dormitory units; plan and execute engaging weekly and holiday unit bonding programs; conduct regular circle times to communicate with residents and gather feedback; manage residents according to individualized care plans and meet their educational needs; guide residents through trauma experiences and build resilience with a multidisciplinary team; ensure residents' safety, health, and good behaviour inside the Home and during outings; monitor resident attendance, adherence to Home structures, and prevent risky behavior; report any complaints, suspicions of abuse...
