Youth Specialist - Break the Cycle (BTC)

Every young person deserves someone who believes in them.

We know that behind every behaviour is a story. Through the Break the Cycle (BTC) 54 program, we work alongside young people aged 10–22 who are involved with, or at risk of becoming involved with, the youth justice system, helping them build safer futures and stronger connections within their communities.

We’re looking for a passionate Youth Specialist who can build genuine relationships, think creatively and walk alongside young people as they navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
