Salary: Up to £24,599 per annum (inclusive of allowances)

Location: Malvern Hills Foyer

Basis: Permanent, Part-Time working average of 25.75 hours per week

We are looking for a Youth Support Worker to join our passionate and supportive team in Malvern on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to achieve positive outcomes for young people aged 16–25 years old, including Care Leavers.

You will also provide a flexible, preventative and practical support service to promote independence and build resilience alongside delivering the accredited life skills programme.
