YMCA Experience Associate (Red Deer)

About the Role

YMCA Experience Associates ensure that members, guests, and participants have positive and welcoming experiences while visiting our Centre. This position is responsible for processing membership sales, services, and program registrations, which directly contributes to member satisfaction and the overall success of YMCA programs. The Experience Associate delivers exceptional customer service and resolves member inquiries efficiently and professionally.

This position requires flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts may be scheduled between Monday-Friday: 7am-10pm and Saturday-Sunday: 8:30am-6pm. Times are approximate due to facility rentals that may adjust hours of operation.
