In this role, you will ensure smooth operations of both before and after school care and recreational camps. You will be responsible for leading and training child care staff while managing budgets to reach organizational targets. Collaborating with families and employees is key to resolving issues and maintaining a supportive environment for both children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure day-to-day operations of child care programs
• Manage and oversee licensed care and recreational camps
• Lead training for staff on best practices
• Communicate with families to address concerns
• Support community initiatives as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in child care management
• Experience in recruitment and staff development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
