Hays Education are working with a weing primary school in North Leeds who are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis, with the potential for the role to be permanent for the right candidate.This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with the Year 4 class teacher, supporting pupils across the classroom with a particular focus on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The Role:

As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Work closely with pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their potential.

Lead targeted small-group intervention sessions to support academic progress and personal development.
