Primary Teacher – Key Stage 1 (Year 2)
Flourish Education is recruiting a primary teacher for a part‑time, long‑term role at a one‑form entry primary school in Lichfield. The position is from September 2026 to December 2026, with working days Monday to Wednesday, 8:15 am – 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Plan, assess and mark pupils’ work in line with the school’s policies
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons
- Work alongside a teaching assistant
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Confidence in leading a classroom
- Strong behavior and classroom management skills
- Ability to work effectively with a teaching assistant
