Job Description
- Supervise and carry out the loading and unloading of PERI materials in accordance with PERI standards, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with customer deadlines.
- Manage material maintenance efficiently to ensure material availability and keep repair stock at a low level.
- Ensure the quality of the branch's rental fleet by applying PERI maintenance standards.
- Ensure the proper development and supervision of personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Guarantee a suitable working environment and the availability of standard tools and equipment.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Lead teams and ensure the appropriate allocation of personnel and tasks, as well as the proper sizing of resources, including subcontracted labor when required.
