**Yard Worker**
**Position Overview:**
**The Yard Worker prepares wrecked vehicles for auction by cleaning, inspecting, documenting, and staging vehicles in a large outdoor yard. This role involves frequent vehicle entry/exit, use of handheld technology, and working safely around damaged vehicles in all weather conditions.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Clean vehicle interiors and remove debris.
+ Collect and secure personal belongings found in vehicles.
+ Wrap broken glass and sharp edges for safety.
+ Document vehicle details, VINs, damage, and condition using a handheld device.
+ Take vehicle photos for auction records.
+ Move and stage vehicles throughout the yard.
+ Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
+ Follow all yard safety procedures.
