We're now recruiting for a Yard Person to join us at our development, London City Island & Good Luck Hope.
Important to note
Hours: 7:00 - 16:00
Shift Pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Location: E16, Canning Town.
Salary per hour: £13.85
Contract: 40 hpw average/permanent
What you'll be doing

To ensure the external grounds of the estate and building externals are maintained to a high standard at all times.
*
Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents whom you come into contact with.
*
To be a part of the Estate Team maintain the policies, company rules and quality of Ballymore Group Ltd.
*
Ensure that staff uniform is worn and standards of appearance are maintained at all times.
*
Always ensure that the necessary Health & Safety signs are displayed and procedures.
