Job Description
The Production Supervisor (SAM-4) provides senior-level oversight of aircraft maintenance operations in direct support of the 89th Airlift Wing’s executive airlift mission.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Serves as the Andrews Support Division's and 89tl'Maintenance Group Commander's focal point for managing and coordinating assigned Boeing and Gulfstream aircraft logistical support programs with appropriate Headquarters, Air Mobility Command, Air Force Material Command, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractor offices for aircraft used to transport the Vice President of the United States.
+ Central liaison between the division and designated Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) organizations on Andrews AFB.
+ Coordinates the requisition of Government-furnished items through the appropriate supply system.
+ Responsible for managing and supporting applicable Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contracts.
