Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure Xurrent ITSM platform; manage roles, workflows, SLAs, incident/problem/change modules; optimize automation, dashboards, and service catalog; troubleshoot issues, support integrations/APIs, ensure platform stability, governance, and ITIL-aligned operations.
Experience Required
8+ years in ITSM/platform administration; hands-on Xurrent or similar tools; strong ITIL, workflows, automation, and service operations experience.
