Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project management from start to finish
• Schedule deliverables and monitor progress daily
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Prepare detailed reports on project status
• Negotiate contracts and manage permits
Requirements:
• Engineering Degree or Architectural Technology Diploma
• Minimum 15 years in commercial or industrial construction
• Knowledgeable in all construction phases
