Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care) - Troy, NY

Job Type: Full Time

Shifts: Days (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications:

• Board Certified NP is REQUIRED
• NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• WOCN Certification (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Knowledge and experience with wound care and ostomies (note in Experience field) - REQUIRED
• DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of NP employment experience, preferably in wound care management with an on ostomy care (note in Experience field) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
