The Worldwide Account Manage role is responsible for leading business growth and strategic engagement within the respective account in the AI Datacom market. This role requires close alignment with Molex business units to drive opportunity identification, resource investment, and opportunity wins. The role also leads a sales team, focusing on talent development, and fostering a PBM culture of vision, virtue and talent, knowledge, comparative advantage and motivation.
