Responsibilities
- Serve as a workshop supervisor and work in spare parts sales as part of a skilled supervisory team.
- Act as a direct supervisor for a team of mechanics; provide support and assistance as needed.
- Schedule work, book repairs, and maintain active communication with customers.
- As a spare parts salesperson, ensure smooth repair operations through timely delivery of the right parts.
- Influence customer service and internal workflow through daily actions to contribute to team success.
