Workshop Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clientele and manage updates between workshop and clients.
- Day‑to‑day planning of workshop schedule.
- Assist with technical questions from telephone and email requests.
- Verify and cross‑check quotes.
- Final quality control on completed job cards.
Required Skills
- Qualified petrol and diesel technician
- Red seal would be advantageous
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Basic computer skills needed
- Evolve DMS experience would be advantageous
- Self‑sufficient with good time management
- Minimum 3 years, current motor trade experience needed
- Sales experience preferred
