The opportunity
The Workshop Supervisor complies, classifies, and monitors the workshop service with regards to maintenance and disruptions to vehicles and installations and advises the management and informs his team members regarding operational decision-making. This position reports directly to the Workshop Manager. The Workshop Supervisor ensures quality of service towards our clients by showing the right leadership skills, based on our TCR values which they promote and implement. At the workshop, safety of all stakeholders is ensured by the supervisor. They perform reporting on safety, quality, and performance. The Workshop Supervisor is actively performing maintenance and repair at least two-thirds of its time. The rest of the time is spent on team roll-out of safety culture, team supervision and workshop organization.
