Workshop Supervisor

An established engineering and remanufacturing business is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join their growing operation in Coventry.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a senior engineer or technician with strong diesel engine and power generation experience who enjoys leading from the front while remaining technically involved in day-to-day workshop activities.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring production, quality, and operational targets are consistently achieved.
