Workshop Operations Lead – Maintenance & Safety

Enshore Subsea in Blyth is looking for a Base Supervisor to manage day-to-day workshop operations. This role involves supervising Technicians and coordinating maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical, Hydraulic or Mechanical qualification and supervisory experience in an industrial environment. They will lead the workshop workforce, promote safe practices, and support skill development among trainees.
