Key Responsibilities: Manage the workshop, fleet, plant equipment and generators Oversee vehicle servicing, inspections and quality control Ensure maximum fleet availability and minimal downtime Manage workshop administration, stock control and budgets Supervise, train and develop workshop staff Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance Drive workshop efficiency and preventative maintenance programmes
