Workshop Supervisor / Manager
Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £56,000
Days: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 7am-3pm
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor / Manager to lead a busy Vehicle workshop in North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong LCV or HGV background who can drive performance, maintain high standards, and support a productive and professional workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
· Lead, support, and motivate technicians and workshop staff.
· Plan workloads and prioritise jobs to minimise vehicle downtime.
· Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance across all workshop activities.
· Support diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and maintenance of commercial vehicles where required.
