About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established WA contractor delivering structural, mechanical and civil construction projects across Western Australia. They are seeking a capable Workshop Leading Hand / Supervisor to lead workshop delivery, coordinate a skilled team of trades, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll be trusted to manage priorities and workflow with a high level of autonomy, working closely with the Operations Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced workshop professional seeking genuine ownership of workshop operations and is based in Fremantle, with occasional travel to Perth metro and regional project sites.
