Workshop Controller (4-Day Week)

Griffin Mill is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy Summit dealership.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team on a 4-day week rota, helping manage our service department's daily operations.
About the role:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop
Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress
Ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Support health and safety and quality control standards
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a workshop controller or senior technician role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and time management
What we offer:
