Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) (Main Contractor / Building & Construction Projects)

Our client is an established Main Contractor with an expanding portfolio of building and construction projects across Singapore.

They are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to oversee site safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across active project sites.

• Implement and monitor Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures across construction sites.
• Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification to ensure compliance with MOM and WSH regulations.
• Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) records.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site safety inductions.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
