Become a Workplace Accommodation Consultant with Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries, a role dedicated to enhancing employee wellness and successful integration after medical leaves. You will be at the forefront of disability management processes to foster a supportive environment.

Reporting to the Manager of Employee Wellness, this role involves developing comprehensive management plans for employees with health concerns. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to implement effective return-to-work strategies. Your efforts will ensure that accommodations are tailored to individual needs while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and implement return-to-work programs
