Typical Accountabilities
- Define and Execute Adoption Strategies
Develop and deliver structured adoption plans for Workplace AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes in partnership with IT Training and Best Practice teams. - Partner with Business Units
Co‑create adoption roadmaps with business stakeholders, ensuring AI tools are embedded into everyday workflows and deliver tangible value. - Foster Communities of Practice
Build and sustain networks that enable knowledge sharing, peer learning, and innovation in AI usage across the enterprise. - Develop Value Measurement Frameworks
Define and implement frameworks to measure adoption success, employee productivity, and satisfaction during pilots and transition to BAU. - Champion Change and Engagement
