+ Creating rollout material, including PowerPoint presentations, demos, and videos with the use of AI
+ Maintaining SAP customer and partner community page
+ Conducting testing and aligning with stakeholders
+ Supporting in user research, including organizing and evaluating interviews
+ Reviewing and analyzing customer feedback
+ Owning smaller projects (e.g., SharePoint setup, document management, etc.)
