At Ian Williams , our Maidstone Paintingteam now has an exciting opportunity for a Working Foreperson (formerly known as Foreman/Forewoman) to undertake the responsibility of organising, supervising, and providing continuous support to a team of Painters operating in the surrounding areas.

Our teams deliver essential internal and external decorating projects within residential, commercial and educational settings across the local and surrounding areas. We welcome talking to ‘hands on’ Forepersons (formerly known as Foreman/ Forewoman) who enjoy leading by example and can successfully encourage and motivate a direct trade workforce.
