Working Field Supervisor (Millwright)

We are seeking a Working Field Supervisor / Lead Technician to join a growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising and actively working alongside a small crew on industrial and construction job sites.

You will lead daily field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This role is ideal for someone who has strong mechanical skills, enjoys working in the field, and has experience leading small teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is a working supervisor position(not office-based), overseeing approximately 2–5 crew memberswhile participating directly in field installation, equipment assembly, and maintenance work.
