Workforce & Volunteer Coordinator

The Workforce & Volunteer Coordinator will report into the Workforce & Volunteer Manager for Trivandi’s delivery and will support with delivery and implementation of the overall workforce and volunteering strategy across all competition venues, ensuring alignment with Games-wide objectives. This role supports workforce forecasting, role profiling, and deployment planning, and serves as a liaison between the Organising Company, venue managers, and contractors. Key duties include fostering a positive and inclusive culture, delivering comprehensive training programmes, ensuring effective day-to-day workforce management, including shift allocation, real-time deployment, attendance tracking, and contingency planning. Additional responsibilities include providing ongoing support, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives, as well as supporting offboarding processes and feedback collection.
