Responsibilities:

• Implement and support WorkForce Software solutions for clients in Brazil
• Knowlodge in Ordinance 671
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Provide best practice recommendations for time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce management processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
• Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions
