Location: Hillside, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually | Weekly Pay
Work Environment: On-Site
Position Summary
Trova Advisory Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Specialist to support a growing Risk Management team. This position plays a critical role in managing workers' compensation incidents and claims from initial reporting through resolution while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-service mindset when interacting with employees, medical providers, insurance partners, and internal stakeholders.
