You will handle a full caseload, ensure high-quality customer service, and drive timely, cost-effective claim resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze and process complex or technically difficult workers’ compensation claims by investigating and gathering all relevant information to determine claim exposure.
+ Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation claims, including cases of increased severity, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
+ Develop and execute well-structured action plans for each claim to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.
