Job Summary (Workday Test Analyst / QA Analyst) 8-10 Years Total Experience
- Role Focus: Hands‑on Workday tester responsible for executing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for Workday HCM and related modules.
- Core Activities: Execute and validate test scripts, document test results, and manage defects through coordination with business and technical teams.
- Test Management: Review business requirements and existing test cases to ensure accurate system functionality; assist in defect triage and retesting of fixes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other business stakeholders during testing and UAT cycles.
- Release Support: Provide comprehensive testing support for Workday releases, patches, and system upgrades.
