Job Description:

• Extensive experience in Workday HCM Modules - Recruitment, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Learning, Time and Absence and Payroll
• Must have experience as a Workday Technical Lead/Consultant with a strong focus on Workday integration and must have Workday API and Metadata or functional knowledge.
• Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on the capabilities and limitations of the Workday platform.
• Workday Integration experience and latest tool reference.
• Design and architect the Workday system to align with organizational goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
