Workday Recruiting & HCM Config Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Consultant to support enhancements and operational needs across Workday recruiting. This role will work closely with HR, recruiting, and HR technology teams to configure and maintain Workday solutions aligned with business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience and strong analytical skills. Key responsibilities include configuring recruiting modules, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
