The Principal Workday Analyst serves as a subject matter expert responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing solutions that optimize the effectiveness of the Workday platform. This role is directly involved in system evaluation and analysis to drive operational improvements within the Finance vertical. Responsibilities include reporting and analysis, business process configuration, as well as maintaining appropriate documentation and governance models. This position completes business requirements documentation outlining both functional needs and the corresponding technical solutions. The role also develops change request models and presents them to change control boards for feedback, approval, and design modifications as needed. The analyst designs dashboards and other data visualization tools to support business users.
