Workday HRIS Program Lead & Product Owner

Guess Europe Sagl seeks a Senior HRIS Lead to guide the end-to-end Workday implementation and own the long-term evolution of the HRIS landscape. You will interface with HR, IT, and external system integrators, drive requirements, and manage governance and data migration.

Post go-live, you will own roadmap, backlog, and system upgrades, collaborating with HR leadership to align technology with business strategy while ensuring data quality and analytics enablement.
