OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Absence Technical/Functional Consultant to support our Application Managed Services (AMS) team in executing new absence plans and enhancements for a client environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translate business needs into Workday configurations, and support the end-to-end lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, and production deployment.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional Workday Absence expertise with technical configuration capabilities , exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to work directly with clients in a consultative, client-facing capacity.
