Job Description
Responsible for generating enterprise-wide planned and unplanned work orders and related data. Updates and accurately maintains the Enterprise maintenance software database MAXIMO particularly Assets and Work Order-related applications, , job plans and preventive maintenance, assets, work order accuracy, etc.
Position Responsibilities:
Generates and monitors all work orders.
May create/update work-related documentation/SOPs.
Ensures accurate and consistent data is entered within the computerized maintenance management software (MAXIMO).
Creates and updates all preventative maintenance and job plan data. Preventative Maintenance (PMs) to include Hazardous Equipment, De-Winterizing and Winterizing PMS, as required.
Creates/edits/updates Asset application records.
Supports work order processes and requirements to include configuration change requests (CCR), ...
