WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER

Protech is currently recruiting for an experienced Work Health & Safety (WHS) Officer to support a busy and diverse operational environment across the Mid North Coast.

This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to a proactive safety professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams to drive a strong safety culture and deliver practical WHS outcomes.

About the Role
As the WHS Officer, you will provide day-to-day safety support across a range of worksites, working closely with supervisors, employees, and contractors to:

• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety assessments
• Identify hazards and implement effective risk controls
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Support injury management and return-to-work processes
