Responsibilities Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the work of wage grade employees associated with woodworking and crafting/preservation work environment. Responsible for planning, directing, and scheduling work assignments on a weekly or monthly basis. Explains work requirements, methods, and procedures for the several types of work supervised. Redirects workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work and to accommodate daily workload fluctuations. Notes and investigates work related problems such as excessive costs or low productivity to determine their causes.
