Wireless Test Engineer
A wireless test engineer evaluates and ensures the performance, stability, and compliance of wireless devices (Wi-Fi, 5G, 4G/LTE) by designing test plans, automating test cases, and troubleshooting RF issues. Test engineers are expected to develop scope, execute testing, analyze data, and report findings for requests on demand. Continuously monitors network KPIs using both in-house built dashboards and OEM developed network management systems, drive test collected data and subscriber experience information to identify performance improvements and implement solutions and network changes to improve coverage, latency, throughput and overall customer experience.
