Wirebond Process Engineer: Optics & AP Coat Excellence

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global) in the Laguna Biñan area is seeking a Process Engineer to advance Wirebond, 3rd Optical Inspection, and AP Coat operations, driving process excellence and quality improvements across manufacturing lines.

You will optimize processes, support NPI and line setup, analyze production data, lead troubleshooting, and train operators on standard work and best practices in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
