**Job Title: Wire Harness Assembly Technician** **Job Description**
The Wire Harness Assembly Technician supports all wire harness and cable assembly activities for the Assembly and Production department, building large industrial harnesses from scratch in a dynamic start-up manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a 15–20 person team to produce complex harnesses similar to those used in aviation and aerospace, using your ability to interpret drawings, solve problems, and contribute to a breakthrough product with a meaningful mission.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build large, complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies from scratch, start to finish, for use in industrial products similar to aviation and aerospace applications.
+ Interpret and work from drawings and diagrams to create complex wire harnesses without relying on completed formal schematics, adapting to the needs of a start-up environment.
